- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tend to bid each job separately. There are so many variables to video production, and no two videos are really created equal. For commercial videography, we find our clients benefit from a specific proposal for their specific need, rather than a package approach. For certain categories, such as wedding films, we have package pricing that can be modified and customized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically make a breakthrough in solving your need when we connect via phone or meet in person. It's then our clientele realize our ability to condense the abstract into a straightforward creative strategy, and at the same time we often have reference work that helps the client visualize their own video solution.
