I wanted to select all of the choices, but it only let me select three out of five. I’m sure his work quality is outstanding, especially since he warranties the WHOLE house after exclusion, not just the SPOTS where he patches the holes. Be wary of other companies who “guarantee and warranty their work.” What the other guys fail to tell you is if another hole is made even six inches from the old spot - that doesn’t count. That’s a new fee. If it’s a different animal, that’s a new fee too. PJ was awesome - I would hire him in a minute for any job he does. He was upfront about what he was looking for and incredibly knowledgeable. He knew within 20 minutes what our actual problem was (we thought we had squirrels in the attic). He asked a couple of questions, checked the roof, walked around the house (in two feet of snow) and climbed in the crawl space. We definitely didn’t have squirrels. Instead, he politely informed me that we had mice and explained exactly where they had come from. He proved they were mice, and nothing else. He doesn’t do mice right now, but told me exactly what to expect and gave me an idea of what things might cost for my place. He also gave me the name of a person who is more cost effective than anyone else I’ve heard from thus far. Honesty isn’t something that comes easy nowadays, and he could’ve told me that he needed to do a squirrel exclusion- I would’ve believed him and he would have had the job in a heartbeat. I had already received another quote for a $1900 squirrel exclusion THAT I DIDN’T HAVE! I seriously appreciated his honest assessment of our home. FYI, he doesn’t kill the animals he removes - he simply makes the house unavailable to them so they find another second home. They leave on their own- no snap traps or death machinery. PJ, I wish you the best of luck and I promise to call you if - God forbid - we get squirrels, opossums, raccoons or anything else bigger than mice! A+++++
