- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do my best to give an estimated quote online based on industry averages without visiting the project. I will not agree to take on a project without verifying the scope of work in person or over the phone.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing this type of work since I was a kid, my dad was in the construction industry and I helped him alot. I furthered my education by going to a trade school and learning in the electrical field and followed that up with learning HVAC in college. I then managed and maintained apartment complexes for a few years.
