- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In fact, over the last 30 years weve completed more than 10,000 projects. We will get your life back to normal in the shortest possible time and have created this document to walk you step by step through the process of what to expect as we restore your damaged property and to make this as easy and seamless as possible on you. At any point in time if a question comes up, please do not hesitate to ask. We are for YOU. It can be easy for us to operate business as usual but we really want to take the time and make sure you are educated and comfortable with this process.
