Introduction: When I found Yoga, I fell in love. Connecting with the body, breath and mind truly changed my life. I have found a deep compassion for myself and a strength that continues to grow and spill out in all areas of my life, not just on the mat. I love to create a safe and fun space where I can empower students by helping them connect fully to their body and breath. Through this connection magic happens, the body strengthens and the mind focuses. Focused breath can also calm the central nervous system. We use static and dynamic movement along with yoga postures to awaken muscles that may not have been used and we rewire the body to react differently during stress. My goal is to lead my students through a practice where they feel supported enough to begin to uncover their inherent strength. My passion lies in teaching and sharing the fundamentals of yoga and watching my students transform. Yoga is a journey of the body, mind and soul. The benefits of yoga are many, at the forefront are increased strength, flexibility and mobility. Yoga also has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety levels, aids in digestion, aids in sleep, helps to release tension, and provides you with tools you can use at any time not just in a session with me. I am a Registered 200 hour yoga instructor registered with the yoga alliance. I’ve been working with Jess for about 6 months now and I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. I’m naturally an athletic person with very tight muscles. With Jess’s yoga, I’m able to gain flexibility without losing my strength. My athletic performances have improved dramatically as well as my stress levels have also lowered. Jess is great because she understands different body types and movements. Her adjustments are gentle and super effective at giving me the right feel for the poses without feeling like I’m going to get injured. I recommend Jess to all of my training clients and friends who are interested in yoga, stress relief, and mobility. She is a true professional and her passion always shines through.

Jessica is an experienced yoga instructor who is an amazing instructor for both advanced and beginner Yogi's. I have taken many of her hot vinyassa power classes every class is an amazing experience. Jessica offers modifications and offers adjustments throughout the class Jessica is always willing to help all Yogi's in and out of her class with any questions or concerns they may have.

Jessica is my favorite yoga teacher!! She had an amazing following of people that love her and she is so knowledgeable about the body and can teach all different levels! She has such amazing energy and is able to get you to feel relaxed and be able to work on anything you need! Wether you’re a beginner or more advanced and want a challenging flow she has you covered! I always feel so good after her class with a clear mind and body! I highly recommend her to give you a great yoga experience you won’t forget!!

    I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I complete continuing education every year and am working toward my 500 Hour Certification.

    I have worked with all ranges of people. I teach vinyasa flow classes in dedicated yoga studios, Corporate Yoga, Country Club Yoga, In-Home Private Yoga. With levels ranging from beginner to advanced. I tailor every session specifically to each student or group and their needs. No matter who I teach to, I strive to bring connection and mindfulness to the forefront.
