- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After our needs assessment we are able to quote our client a fixed price for the services they need. The fixed pricing arrangement allows the client to know the cost and understand the services to be performed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an needs assessment for the client which includes an overall look at the company and industry they are in, tax situation, payroll situation, bookkeeping situation and then we develop a customized plan for the client to get to where they want to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPA and have been since 1985. I have over 34 years experience both in owing my own business but also function as the CFO and Controller of several entities. I have a degree in Accounting. My partner is an Enrolled Agent and has a degree in Accounting.
