- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After we consult, I make project offerings based on your needs and budget. Never pay for something you don't find valuable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You like to save money. So do I. I give you every opportunity to do the parts you can do on your own, so you don't have to pay me to do it. When we meet, you have done your pre-work and we can educate, plan, and take action accordingly, having saved money from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have practiced law for 15 years. I have experience in Estate Planning, Family Law, Business Law, Real Estate, Criminal Defense, and many other areas of law. Through the years, I have come to understand that preventative law is always less expensive for the client. Why pay a lot of money fixing a problem when you can pay a fraction of that investing in yourself, your business, or your family and avoid the Court and Conflict from the start? The answer to that is Life Planning. I give access to my clients, form a relationship with them, help them focus on living well, and protect themselves from Court and Conflict. I am also a speaker, and an author educating the community about the same subjects, Life, Planning, and Change Managment.
