These guys work fast, I was told they would come in within a week and the whole process was done in 3. Definitely would recommend them.Jul 20, 2017
They never got in touch with me after the online application. I reached out to them, I was told that they would get back to me, they never did. I hired a different company to do the work.Apr 19, 2017VerifiedKurt D.'s reply
Hi Devon, I think you may have us partially confused with another company. While I do see that I responded to your request for a quote, I also asked for an address so that I could verify the price. You never sent any additional information and, to the best of my knowledge, we never heard from you again until today. I do also see that at some point on Friday, you marked us as "hired", even though we hadn't spoken or received any information from you. Sadly, I didn't get that notification and only saw that today, when I logged in to research your complaint. I apologize that you didn't get the service you were hoping for from whoever you reached out to, but I hope that you got the work done that you needed. I do think it's unfair, though, to rate a company 1 star when you didn't even use their service.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Standard jobs (meaning: a standard, platted, lot and block job less than 1 acre) start at $275. Larger and more complicated jobs get quoted based on estimated hours for completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually, a new customer finds us either by searching online or by word of mouth. They will often go to our website and order the job there, or request a quote. At that point, we contact them to let them know the approximate date that we will be on site to do their survey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working as a surveyor for almost 30 years in Florida and Georgia.
