About this pro

We pride ourselves on communication. Clients shouldn't be waiting days or weeks for a quote or an email. We don't do that. We get quotes out the same day (except over weekends, which can take longer) and we respond to emails quickly. We love helping people. We get a lot of clients that have disputes with their neighbors, or issues with their county. Sometimes, these issues have been ongoing for months. We love it when we can help get things situated and the problem resolved.

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard jobs (meaning: a standard, platted, lot and block job less than 1 acre) start at $275. Larger and more complicated jobs get quoted based on estimated hours for completion.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, a new customer finds us either by searching online or by word of mouth. They will often go to our website and order the job there, or request a quote. At that point, we contact them to let them know the approximate date that we will be on site to do their survey.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a surveyor for almost 30 years in Florida and Georgia.
