We hired Luke to paint the exterior of our very large, 5-unit, condominium building in Portland. He is truly one of the hardest working, most meticulous, and skilled contractors I have ever worked with. He communicated well and always checked in before moving forward with unanticipated repairs. He stayed within his quoted budget. He chose high quality products and took care with all of his work. He cleaned up his work area after each day. He's also simply a nice person to have around and a pleasure to do business with. And our building looks fantastic! I would recommend him without hesitation.

Luke was thorough and worked through some of the worst heat of last summer. Also, he came across fascia boards that needed replacing that my husband had no time for. He gave us a quote to do the added work and it was reasonable and well done. We would definitely recommend him.

On new interior I price per square foot, but other than that every job is different and nothing beats a thorough walk through.
