My name is Jeff Griffin, I've been playing drums for over 30 years now. Back in 1984 when I was 12 years old I took my first lessons from Barry. He was a great teacher, he started me out with the basic fundamentals of drumming, in order to build a solid foundation. He taught me how to read drum notation, showed me how to play rudiments and good practicing habits. He showed me some basic rock beats and blues rythmes and even a little jazz. I have been playing and loving every minute of it ever since. I am forever grateful for Barry and getting me started in my lifelong art of drumming. Jeff Griffin
