After working with Dana, I am pursuing a career that fits me perfectly by following a plan we created together. One of the things that surprised me most about working with Dana was that she allowed me to discover what career options were even possible. When I first started working with Dana, I was kind of directionless in where my life was headed. I had a kind of idea of what I wanted to pursue and was passively working towards that goal but I knew I lacked passion. Once Dana and I worked together a little more, she made me get real honest with myself about what I actually wanted out of life and for the first time in my life, pursue a career that actually fit me. Once I had actually settled on a career choice, we collaborated on a plan to make that choice a reality for me. Dana is a management coach that helps guide individuals to gain a better understanding of the challenges we all face as managers. She provides simple yet effective tools that can be implanted on a day to day basis, in addition to tools that can help navigate long term goals. Coaching Programs and Business Consulting - Pricing is based on the scope of work and timing. A free consultation call to discuss needs is included. Speaking - Fees are determined based on the session length and requested content. A free consultation call to discuss speaking topics and event logistics is included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Leader coaching programs, business consulting solutions, and career coaching packages are customized based upon your priorities and timing. Our work begins with an introductory call to discuss your immediate needs and longer-term objectives. We also determine the best way for us to work together (in person, virtual, or at a workshop retreat). Leadership coaching programs typically include 1-2 sessions per month and take place virtually (phone or Skype). Career coaching packages typically include weekly or bi-monthly calls. If applicable, this program can include a MBTI Career Profile report which we use to map out a career plan. Consulting work is a combination of on-site and virtual work based on the scope of the work. Assessments – Individual, team and organizational assessments are available as needed to provide insight into key areas. Speaking & Workshops - I am also available as an event speaker, workshop facilitator, and trainer. My topics cover a wide range of leadership and team topics. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of leadership coaching, organizational consulting, and Human Resources experience with Fortune 200 corporations and private firms. I earned my MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management and hold two bachelors degrees from the University of Minnesota.
