Introduction: I have worked with special needs dogs and their families in their homes since 1998. As I am also a licensed and practicing social worker, I provide behavioral consultation , anticipatory grief and grief counseling for pet parents . I have worked with the range of issues from abuse and neglect to end-of-life issues . What I enjoy most is having the honor of coming into peoples lives and supporting them and their dogs at some very difficult times. Again and again I see how dogs bring out the best in people. I have had the pleasure of witnessing and hopefully enhancing that particular human animal relationship. And yes I can make your dog clean and pretty .
