FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each customer and home are different, so standard pricing is not available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Initial Phone Discussion. This is to answer general or specific questions and schedule a visit. -Onsite Appointment. We meet with you, perform a water test if necessary and discuss options based on your needs. A rough estimate of cost may be provided. -Formal Quote. This will be sent to you within 24 hours. We encourage customers to take the time needed to discuss this decision and feel comfortable about their choice. -Work. Depending on the scope of work, a deposit may be required. We then will install on a pre-arranged day. Generally, the final payment (financing is available) will be due upon completion. -Follow Up. In the first month, you will receive a follow up call to make sure everything is performing as expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a water treatment specialist, I am a member of the national Water Quality Association and the Pacific Water Quality Organization. I hold numerous welding certifications and am a California Licensed General Contractor and a California Licensed Plumbing Contractor.
