My wife and I have been using D. S Builders for over 12 years here in Rohnert Park. It started when we needed a bedroom partioned off from our large master bedroom for a newly adopted granddaughter. Mike was one of three bidders I called and he was the lowest by almost 20%. He and his assistant came in and did all the work in a day and we were very impressed with the quality and timeliness of their efforts.
Since then he's done numerous jobs for us including repairing a deck off our master bedroom, replacing a number of jacks under the house which had failed and the job I remember most is when we found ourselves with a massive ceiling leak over our dining room during one of the worst storms we had that year.
Mike came over during the storm, went up on the roof with a flashlight and made temporary repairs that he completed during the week after the storms repairing the roof, interior ceiling and walls that were damaged.
A week later it was as if nothing had happened.
We trust him absolutely and he has even done jobs for us while we traveled. On the very few occasions when he didn't feel comfortable with what we needed, he has always recommended someone to us that has turned out to share his high standards. They don't come any better.
