- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A telephone call where I listen to what the client's need are. I ask some questions to help to clarify the current situation and to identify the primary issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have passed a rigorous 3 part tax exam overseen by the Internal Revenue Service as well as having submitted to a background check. I am an enrolled agent.
