- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Culinary Arts Degree from The Culinary Institute of America where I was a Deans List student. I have over 20 year of experience in cooking and catering and also extensive wine education with an emphasis on pairing food and wine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started in kitchens at a young age as it was a natural fit and cooking was something I always loved.
