What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I work for a 100% company and keep all of my commissions! I do not have to give any of my pay to the company, so I can negotiate my percentage directly with the sellers. And of course, buyers do not pay for my services!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically come to the home if the client is a seller and give them my professional opinion and creative insights as to what is needed to sell their home. If the client is a buyer, I can meet them at my office or come to them, if they prefer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am not only a realtor, but also an interior designer, property stager, and have a very strong construction background...from my days of owning a construction company, where I was constantly flipping & rehabbing houses.
