- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only do Non-permittable Labor for you the customer, Drywall, Stucco, and Pavers, we will help you order the materials (through our vendors- saving you money), assist in delivery to your property and then professionally install your materials. This saves a minimum of 30% of the so-called licensed contractors. Though we will never do work that is not legal for us to do- we will out work, out quality, and outperform any State sponsored rip-U-off contractor out there...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We specialize in going the extra mile- there is a lot of talk about hiring a licensed contractor out there- and if you have ever hired one here in Florida you already know that most are grossly incompetent. Florida places more emphasis on passing a test than actually knowing how to do the work- as most contractors from other states say "A Florida State Contractors Licence is a License to steal"
