FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) The first step is to go over any existing resume the client has if there is one available. Whether there is an existing resume available or not we will have an in depth conversation about client's wants, needs, experience, skills, work history, etc. 2) The next step would be us drawing up the first draft for client's review. 3) We will email the first draft to client and go over it by phone. We want it to be very clear that we are open to all feedback, we never take it personally, we want you to be happy. 4) Based off of the feedback from client we will then make any revisions necessary and email a copy to client. 5) We will once again go over revised copy with client on the phone. Client may once again make any revisions he/she deems necessary. 6) At this point we should be making the final revisions and this should be the final draft of client's resume. Upon approval from client, and after receiving payment, we will send both Word and PDF file to client at that time.
