- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to initially do a shared screen, zoom or some type of video conference with any new customer to really understand the scope of their work and see their current processes. After that, we will discuss the best options of how to get the work done in an timely efficient manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AS in Accounting, I have taken hours of Microsoft Office advanced training. I have taken and attended a Master Relationship Marketing Course which really is an intense training on increasing relationships and referrals. I am a GP Dynamics power user, and Quickbooks pro user
