- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price for service is $85/hr. This may vary depending on the service as some would be charged by square foot or linear foot. Other services may be set price as well such as pressure washing or some appliance installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I like to meet with my new client and discuss what visions they have for their home and set a plan with date goals for project checkpoints toward completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the trades since late 90s to present. With a military background "Marines" to trades schools form automotive to electrical, carpentry, air conditioning and more. I have always been interested in building, fixing, just creating. I have extensive experience in upper management for various factory and manufacturing facilities.
