FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to give an upfront price that includes disposal costs after viewing your material or getting an idea of exactly what you have. Pricing usually depends on the estimated weight of the junk you need disposed of and the ease of access to it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like to discuss what needs to be removed/disposed and the details of the job. For smaller jobs its not always necessary to view the junk in person to give an approximate price. We can sometimes do this over the phone. We know your time is valuable and like to get things done in a speedy manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had worked for demolition and removal companies for several years before starting my business. Since then I have done hundreds of removal jobs including hoarder cleanouts, boiler removals, estate cleanouts, basement cleanouts and more.
