I hired Paul to repair a brick patio and a below-grade cave that was leaking water from above. He came promptly to look at my project which was on a fast time schedule and provided me a detailed proposal on all the layers of work needed to be done: scrub all surfaces with a wire brush, dig out all crumbling grout in preparation for new, disinfect (bleach) the cave walks to remove any mold, and then seal all the surfaces inside and out once the new grout and border were completed. It was a back reak
