- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour or by the project, depending upon the needs of the client and the scope of services entailed. I also work on retainer for clients who have ongoing and substantial needs. I price competitively and can work within budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a phone or Skype consultation and assessment at the front end and then come back to each client with a recommendation and proposal based upon stated needs and objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Communications from Emerson College and did graduate work at NYU in the MBA program. I have had more than 25 years of experience as a communications director, marketing/branding strategist, speechwriter, publicist, communications coach and writer. I've run the gamut of initiatives, from multi-million dollar campaigns to masterminding shoestring PR operations.
