- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing for handyman labor and painting services. Of course every situation is different so prices vary from job to job but are based off the same matrix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most jobs we first schedule an on-site consultation. This allows us to meet and find out more about your needs. After a quote is accepted by the client we keep in constant communication to schedule services. Clients can expect to receive regular updates from their production manager during the job. Upon completion we meet with the client to review the work and accept final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner EmMee has 10 years experience remodeling and "flipping" homes. She is also a licensed real estate broker. Production manager Charlie has home construction experience, professional painter training, and over 10 years in moving. He comes from a family of handymen and has been the lead handyman for realPRO since it opened for business in 2014. Charlie is known for his "can-do" positive attitude and impeccable work.
