FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is different in relation to the job that needs to be done. I do charge a initial consult fee that covers the cost of me going to the customer’s home and pinpointing the problem with the appliance and then I give the customer a quote on the repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have the customer give me the make and model number of their appliance. Then if they can give me an idea of what the issue is with the appliance that helps a lot. I goto the customer’s home and pin point the problem with the appliance and then give the customer a quote on the repairs. At that point they can decide if they want to move forward with the repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been repairing appliances for about 10 years.
