- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My feed for a standard refinance package with no fax backs is $125, a Debt Settlement averages $75.00-$100.00 Price is negotiable and depends on length of travel. All other document signing fees are on an per job basis and do vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am an independent contractor contacted by Notary companies. I am assigned a new job and contact the client to confirm appointment. I then take the documents to the client to sign and immediately return the signed documents to the Lender.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been educated, trained and accepted by the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries. I have several years experience as a legal assistant in some of the largest law firms in Pittsburgh. During my law firm employment I provided numerous notarial acts. I have since become an independent Notary and currently perform mobile notary services for many notary signing companies, as well as individuals who contact me directly.
