- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of our services do have standard prices. Our rates for website maintenance are $99 per hour. We offer a discounted rate to non-profit organizations. We bill in 15 minute increments. We offer a basic 5 page website package that is just $899. The packages includes a mobile friendly website and can be ready in a little as 14 days. We also can add online ordering (great for restaurants) or online reservations (for hotels and B&Bs) for a little as $45 per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At CUSTOM Geekery, we start by finding out about your project, business goals and budget. Custom is in our name, so it is very important to us that we get to know our CUSTOMer so that we can deliver CUSTOMized service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Amy Brennan, Owner of Custom Geekery, is a Microsoft Certified Applications Specialist and holds a Bachelor's Degree is Accounting. Amy has been providing technical training for over 10 years. She served as the Head of Technical support for a small software company for approximately five years. Amy is also a WIX Certified Webmaster and Joomla expert.
