- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is unique. There are some standards in pricing for items, however the flower choices are the key to pricing on all event inventories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting with each of my clients. Design experience, knowledge of product and availability of seasonal flowers with a budget is key for any successful event. A consult appointment will get allow for a clear vision of the event, design style and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Design training through PCC and continued education with design trend workshops by top designers.
