Tommy was wonderful to work with. He spent considerable time figuring out the many problems with our heating system, working up an estimate and fixing all the problems. He was great at diagnosing a particular problem with our radiant heat that has had others stumped in the past. His prices were very fair and we feel as though we got more than we paid for! We will definitely have him back and highly recommend his services.

Tommy was easy to coordinate with, and demonstrated a strong knowledge of hot water systems. Showed up on time, and worked right into the night. It was getting pretty late, so he asked if he could finish at 9am the next day - no problem. Showed up on time the next morning, finished his work, cleaned up etc. Excellent work and very professional. He takes pride in what he does which is increasingly rare these days. I will be inviting him back this fall to check on my furnace!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact them as soon as i can find out what help they need. If emergency i can visit the home on same day or next even night time or week end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an electronic and communication engineer in Philippines since 2005, i came to america 2008 and work as an HVAC helper. I read and studied every single installation manual i could reach and learned a lot from my Senior installer and service tech. I went too many hvac training seminars and certifications. I used to work in a big company as an lead installer and then promoted as production manager for HVAC.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as an HVAC Helper and work my way up as a Quality control and HVAC Lead installer.
