FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge either a flat rate for all tasks. Now depending on the task I can go hourly. I can also provide two rates that the customer can see if the flat rate or hourly rate will be cheaper on them. The two rates will have details so the customer can see what exactly they are paying for and what I’m paying myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is a by phone. A text message or phone call will suffice. From then I would personally like to take a look at the project before I start working on it. Just to cover the logistics side of what exactly I will need for the job. From there we would have a set date on when the job can take place. (Now this process is subject to change depending on the emergency of the project.) I will complete the job to the best of my abilities and to the liking of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well to be quite honest, my highest level of education is high school. I did serve 5 years in the United States Marines. Before that I have been doing landscaping, home remodeling with my family since I was 5. I will be going to school for construction management or interior design.
