- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We waive our $65 dollar service call fee with a repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) We will inspect your appliance to diagnose where the malfunction is so we understand what is causing the issue to fix it right the first time with no surprises so you know exactly what is wrong 2.) Our professional will then determine what parts if any are needed to repair the appliance back to working condition quickly. We will then give you a repair cost assessment. Discuss the most cost-effective way to get your appliance running without sacrificing quality. 3.) Once we both come to an agreed upon solution, time frame and fair price to fix your home appliance we will begin the repair process right there and guarantee the work we perform. We are fully insured.
