- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a non-refundable sitting fee of $50. Depending on the size of the session, the number of poses, people, places I have to travel, and wardrobe changes determines other fees. I do all my printing through an independent lab on my website. You can have your portraits printed on almost anything. I am very customer service oriented; your happiness is my business, so is staying in your budget! Let's capture your memories and not kill your finances! It will be my absolute pleasure to capture your lifetime memories, I am easy to work with, and it is my promise you will receive the product you hired me to produce.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have over twenty years of customer service with people on their worst days as a firefighter. I chose photography because I get to interact with people on their best and happiest days and capture their memories, as well as make some new friends. I like the personal touch when it comes to my photography, Initial contact is made via email or phone, but I believe the best impressions are in person. I am open to all avenues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I started into photography, I had some excellent mentors who taught me the basics. It was then I fell in love with photography, I have five years of experience as well having attended various photography workshops. I do not have a degree in photography because it does not fit into my current degree in Organizational Business Management.
