- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our professional web design services typically start at $2,000 for a 10 page site. Each additional page is $150 per page. However, our Thumbtack clients receive a 25% DISCOUNT!!! Making our standard Thumbtack web design prices start at just $1,500. 50% required to begin the project with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project, but before launch. We do offer payment plans, as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a prospective client shows an interest in choosing us, we send an official proposal outlining the details of the project - this includes a fees schedule, as well. Once the client chooses us, they can then sign the proposal digitally (which is super convenient). From there our team works to get design concepts ready for the client to review. Once the design concepts are approved we start building out the website - typically a 2 week process. After that, there is a small period of final revisions...AND then we launch!! Easy peasy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15,000 hands-on experience with WordPress. Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop proficient. Certified integrated online strategist. Extensive working knowledge of Hubpsot and Marketo marketing automation platforms.
