What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Flat fee for bankruptcy, Hourly fee for debt resolution (fee is capped and becomes a flat fee if a certain number of hours are worked on a file). Need-based pricing and no fee payment plans are available, as are certain discounts. Just ask!

Many years of schooling and over a decade of experience as a practicing attorney.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became tired of representing large corporations and had a desire to help individuals, so I switched my area of practice from corporate litigation to consumer advocacy, debt resolution and bankruptcy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. What they all have in common, though, is that they needed my help. My clients tend to be in vulnerable positions, financially, and have no leverage or power to change their situations.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I took over a bankruptcy case to represent a senior citizen, in very poor health, from another attorney who had treated her horribly. I have spent many hours getting her case together and representing her through the process. Since she had already paid the other attorney and could not get a refund, I only charged her a couple hundred dollars to cover my expenses. The client has rewarded me with something better than money, her genuine appreciation.
