- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Upon entering an engagement with my Firm, I disclose the standard rate and have the client sign and Engagement & Fee Agreement - standard for the legal profession.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with prospective client to obtain facts of the matter and to discuss strategy and procedures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot! I have a Master's Degree in Tax Law, and a J.D. in law emphasizing business law. I also attained a Master's Degree (MBA) in Business Administration. I have extensive business experience as well. From 1981 to 1986, I worked as the International Marketing Manager for a manufacturing company. I understand business, payroll, and personal tax issues.
