FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to give an accurate estimate I do need to see the scope of the job in person. My in-home estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet my clients at their home to see and discuss the scope of the job. I then put together a detailed proposal and submit through email for my clients to review. When the proposal is accepted, I then require a deposit to commence the work. I usually require a 50% deposit, however, on larger jobs (Over $5000.00) I have broken the fee down into several installments. All fees owed are due upon completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my art career as a scenic artist/designer in Los Angeles, CA. in 1995. I attended faux finishing, plaster, and custom cabinet refinishing workshops at Faux Masters Studio in Yorba Linda, CA. as well as at the Phoenix Academy of Decorative Finishes from 2005-2007.
