- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always strive to give the best service for what I charge. I offer discounts to schools because I believe in helping the education system. I offer my services for FREE to qualifying non-profits. Repeat customers always get a discount per hour when hiring more than once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate through text and email almost within the hour. After initial contact, I like to meet with the client in-person to go over their event. Talking about their event and bringing-up ideas that can make the event better is something that I like to help with. After meeting the client, several follow-up emails are sent to go over all the notes and make sure the communication of all that will transpire is good with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Graphic Information Technology from ASU and this helps me with my marketing efforts to reach more people locally and professionally.
