- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on an hourly rate, half is due when we sign the contract and the other half the day of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a phone call or a video chat to make sure we would be a good fit for each other and then usually it boils down to working out the logistics of an event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years in communications, public speaking, sales and being an entrepreneur. My background has provided me with a lot of material that I have boiled down to help other's on their journey.
