- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for bundling logos, websites and SEO services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a strong communication and collaboration system. The first step is having a call to discuss your goals, vision and ideas around your project. From there we create typically 4 - 5 drafts to show the client and build from there. Once the project is finished we are always happy to help with small updates and new formats.
