What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can be present for all, part or none of the inspection. I do provide a verbal as well as a written report of the findings. Also encourage the client to ask questions or concerns once the inspection process has been completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed home inspector in the State of Texas where I passed the National and State exam on the first attempt. I also process certification from the NAWT for septic inspections. I am also a member of TAREI and the Arlington Board of Realtors.
