PC installation, hardware and software repair, networking and wireless. TV installation and repair. General Liability insured to 2 million, background/drug tested technicians. We DO NOT charge up to $200 just to step into your business or residence either like many companies. How do we know? Because we have completed work for those same companies. Many of whom you see in the phone book. Small business, residential installation and repair has always been what drives our business. We take pride in what we do and it shows. "Its not just our job, its our business". We know what it takes to gain confidence from a customer that we can do what we say we can do. You only pay for what we do.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 for the 1st 2 hours for services at your location. $50 for each hour thereafter in increments of 15 minutes. $75 for the 1st 2 hours for remote service calls over the phone, $50 for each hour thereafter in increments of 15 minutes. NO travel charges for ANY visit less than 30 miles. $25 added for up to 50 miles. On part(s) replacement(s), all time not used is carried over so you do not pay for multiple visits beyond 2 hrs. If total time for 1st and return visit for part(s) install exceeds 2 hrs then $50 per hour is our standard rate. We do not carry parts as parts cost and usage change over time. If part(s) are needed, customer is welcome to order part(s) at the recommendation of the technician or technician will order part(s) at wholesale. You pay for part(s) at our cost plus cost of shipping to us. You will be provided a copy of the original invoice for part(s) at cost for your records and warranty. You pay only when services and/or parts are installed. After service(s), you are emailed an additional detailed receipt for all services completed beyond the technician signature paperwork that will serve as your proof of warranty. A 60 day labor warranty is included with all service(s) and part(s) installation. Original manufacturers warranty on all part(s) is included. If you have any additional questions, you are welcome to call us or speak with your technician directly while he is onsite. We are here to help you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing ourselves for what we can do for you. We go over what your expectations are and when we get to your location for service, we go over what needs to be looked at and completed before we touch anything so we are clear with what needs to be done. We DO not oversell you with anything you do not need either. We offer services that your technician and you agree on.
