- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. Each website and customer is unique. I do have a standard hourly fee that will be calculated into my proposals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my customers via phone, video conference (Skype or Google), or occasionally in person. We do a full needs assessment to best determine the functionality and scalablity required for the site or app. I then write a custom proposal that will outline the schedule and costs involved, along with any options available for design, development, and deployment. Once my customers are satisfied with the proposed services and schedule, we begin work! Most of our interactions happen via email but video conference is also a great option for weekly check ins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in business administration and marketing which gives me a great vantage point to help my clients think about the business impact of their web presence. I am also certified via a coding school in 3 full web stacks. I have taken extensive training in several stacks of web technologies and constantly work to stay on the cutting edge.
