Introduction: Trained in coaching and consulting, I like working with founders, leaders, and game changers to drive change in either their business, their career, or in a personal project. With a diverse background at both the ground floor of startups and small businesses as a founder and doing management consultant for Fortune 100 companies, I have been involved in businesses ranging from physical products to apps to digital education to video games. I hold an MBA from Seattle University, a Coaching Certificate from Columbia University, and undergraduate degrees in Communications and Comparative History of Ideas from University of Washington. I have a wanderlust like you wouldn't believe and it's taken me to all seven continents. I will also close out any karaoke bar – although this speaks more to my tenacity than singing ability. I find it incredibly rewarding to help people work through their most biggest challenges. Whether that's supplementing the team as consultant, navigating next steps as a startup, working through building leadership skills, making a big career move, or trying to be more intentional about a personal project, I love being a part of it.
