- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My real estate residential sales listing prices are flat fees, with a selection from a menu. We do offer online discounts for Thumbtack! Our property management prices are competitive! We will match any competing prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a phone or email conversation to make sure that all questions are answered. Step 2 - I, or an agent from my company (depending on area) travels to meet the client at the home or listing for a walk through. In the case of meeting a buyer, we're happy to travel to the potential client, or have a meeting at our office or coffee shop. Once all questions are answered and we're on the same page we get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having been an agent for 26 years, there have been countless clock hour classes as well as years of work related experience. I was a Windermere agent for the first thirteen years of my real estate career, and have been the owner of my own brokerage since 2006. My part time studies at Antioch university (as part of a bucket list) will wrap up in Summer 2017, with a liberal arts degree in Sustainable Business.
