- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First we set up a phone work session to review your objectives and goals. 2. I set up a work plan with a phased methodology for completing the work, for you to review and approve. 3. Then I work on the phases one at a time, reviewing each with you in a collaborative work session call, for incremental buy in and best work.
