- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a full-service digital agency approach with monthly spending minimums aimed and small to regional businesses owners. You'll receive the same digital marketing options that national and international companies have access to without the high monthly minimums. We have 13 offices nationwide that offer an extended experience level that smaller agencies and individuals can't match. All costs are based on your budget and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Needs analysis and discovery are first and foremost. Must know your goals and a comfortable budget before building any plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm the former Publisher of Seattle Weekly and veteran of two Seattle based Digital Startups. I've been in hyper-localized marketing for 25+ years with the last 12 years in digital based marketing. I love working with very localized businesses to help address their goals and identify the most effective marketing options to reach those goals.
