- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have multiple design packages to select from, with different payment scales. After evaluation of your project, together we will establish the most effective and accurate way invoice and pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On my initial meeting with a client, we go over the space they are looking to update, as well as budget, design style and targeted lead time. With this information, I create alternative space plan options as well as a furniture and accessory package. We will have another meeting to go over selections, and depending on the review I will come up with alternative solutions, Or I will send a comprehensive floorplan and shopping list to create the look I designed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, from the Art Institute of Seattle.
