- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our Food Truck Service we ask for a guaranteed minimum of $350 to set up for private events starting at 25 people or more. Our catering pricing is based on a per person rate. The rate is then discounted for each 50 people above 100. (Example, for 100 people @ $15 each could reduce to $14 per person @ 150 people. And so on.) Additional cost can be added depending on the types of service required. I.e. servers and bartenders, linens, disposable flatware and serving-ware, and carving stations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact is made. We like to have a face to face meeting to discuss details and set up future meetings for menu tastings and final selections. We do respond to emails and social media messages, as well as texts to answer any lingering questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years professional cooking experience ranging from short order cooking to fine dining as well as high volume catering. I received my culinary diploma from the culinard in 2012 with honors.
