- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well our pricing different for each job. But our hourly rate is $55 an hour. Sometimes we do jobs for time and material instead of a fixed price. Most company's are well over $80 an hour.. I feel we have competitive pricing. Just remember this is you're home you want the work done right the first time and someone you can trust even when you aren't home. You will never have a problem with us. All employees have passed background checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well we Introduce our company. I'm the owner I always give the estimates in person.we show the customer that we are licensed and insured. Once all that's done we answer any questions a potential customer might have. Than you always get a free estimate. And if all works out we go to work getting the job done right the first time,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of contraction learning at vocational school in Maryland. Than 16 years of real job training working for very big contracting company's in the Maryland area. I am skilled in all trades of the industry do I know what it takes to finish any job.
